Access To Court Records

What would happen if you burned everything– birth certificate, school ID, state ID/license, etc.? Could you start completely over by going to court and stating that you have NO identification and don’t know your own name or birth date? It’s just a silly question. xD

Can I make the video and\or audio records during the public trial?
If not – why?
Can I receive the permission?
Who can give such permission?

I have a 12 yr old domestic violence misdemeanor for breaking my own guitar when I was arguing with my parents during my senior year in highschool. My mom apologized for calling the police and said she thought that she could get me help (she’s kind of an idiot sometimes)…..I was one of those depressed, moody teenagers whose parents would get mad and controlling about it. Anyways, the courts pressed charges even though my parents tried to defend me. And I stupidly plead guilty because my trial was 3 months away and I couldn’t post the ridiculous bail. I had a deferred sentence and completed it successfully. Supposedly in WA it should’ve expired like 9 years ago. I haven’t been able to find this on intelius. But it shows I was arrested. The court told me it’s been dismissed. I completed 4 years of service in the Army and I was only questioned about my arrest record. they never kicked me out like they’re supposed to. I haven’t been in any type of trouble since or before that and I have a college degree.
But I can’t seem to get a job besides retail or warehouse. I’ve had a lot of interviews and was offered the job 3 times in the last 2 years but I was then later told I wouldn’t be working there. Temp services have rejected me but haven’t told me why. I’m pretty sure somebody is getting access to this domestic violence record and I can’t figure out how.
What sources do these companies use? How can I make sure my record is tainted or clean?
It seems so absurd to be destined to a life of rejection and poverty just because I broke my guitar when I was an immature teenager.
