Access To Court Records

Arizona has a public access site were you can type in anyones name and birthdate to see if they have any criminal/ court case records. you can do this for free, without have an account, paying a website, or having to be a legal person.

I know not all states have this but was wondering if pennsylvania does? a link to the site would be great
(ive tried google, but a bunch of the pay sites came up)
