I am trying to seal my record. I have read the application for petitioning the court. I am wondering though on the application it lists a bunch of different agencies who I might need to contact to seal my record. Do I have to get in touch with all of the agencies in my county and then all the ones in the district court to find out if they have the record in there system? Is there one record I can pull up to see which agencies have my record in there system? I am confused in this process any help on getting through it would be great.
I am trying to find the address of my ex – well the biological father of my son. This is a long story. I will try to make it as short as possible. He was a very violent person and evidently still is as far as abusing women and CHILDREN, according to his court records from where he lives. Now the thing is, my attorney and the court will not reschedule the court hearing for my civil protection order until I HAVE HIS ADDRESS. I thought they could do that. So anyway, during my research on his past and current criminal records (from court websites), I saw that there was a civil judgement that he and another guy’s name was on as the defendents. Okay the guys first name is the same as his son (by another woman) and the last name was very familiar. It almost sounded like his son’s last name before he aquired his father’s last name (but I am not sure). Well here is the deal with that one, they tried to go to his address (in a town that is very small, outside a large city) and serve him with papers and the person said he no longer lived there – the person said their name was “blank blank” I won’t say on here in the open. Anyway, then the same happened when they tried to serve him with my papers for court.
I still think he lives there. One reason being that I went into the court documents online of a civil matter regarding a garnishment he is receiving and loaded the garnishment paper. It still shows his P.O. Box number for his city residence of area. Anyway, if he still has a post office box there he still has his residence there.
There has to be a way to find out where he is residing. If it is true that he no longer resides at that address. I somehow believe he still does though. I could be wrong.
Now that you know what is going on; is there anyway I can find out where he is living? I think he is evading them in anyway he can when he sees the sheriff’s department coming to his home. I think they can go to his work, but they do not want to do so – because of his violent temper it could make things MUCH WORSE. I need an either free or cheap way of finding out his current residence.

I want to protect my son and myself from this monster. He not only has the violent temper and domestic violence on us and threats, but we found out of his other criminal activity that I did not know about before I met him and after I forced him to leave.

I’ve been trying to get a marriage license but im only 17, I’ve been calling the county records office and they said to pick up a packet and that will have all the information in it, but when i went to Norwalk to the county clerks office they told me to go online and look up all the information and go through it with my mom and have her sign it, and i also need to have a superior court case grant us permission to get married but they wont give me any information on how to get a court case or how long this will take…. the thing is my fiance is a marine and he is leaving for a tour in Afghanistan in three months so we really dont have time to be pulled in circles like this.
I feel like we have done everything, and i dont turn 18 until august.
If anyone knows any websites or any resources i would really appreciate it! Me and my mom dont know what else to do because we are not getting the information we need to get the license!
We were also thinking it might be easier to just go to vegas because they dont require a courts approval.
