Access To Court Records

I just petitioned the court to "unseal" my adoption records. I was in foster care from birth and placed with my adoptive parents at 4 months in 1976. It was through the State of Texas in the Dallas County Juvenile Court. They said it will be about a week or so before the judge’s decision and then I will be notified and they will be sent to me. If they are "unsealed" what will the record contain?
